Nambucca Heads is a town on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales, in the Nambucca Valley. It is located on a ridge, north of the estuary of the Nambucca River near the Pacific Highway.
Being a surf town, the locals were enthusiastic on the idea of an open style transitional skate park. The design incorporates two bowl ends connected by a spine with a crater.
Along the desk on one side of the skate park there are street elements positioned to allow for a ledge run finishing with a long grind rail.
